In addition to other warranties offered, Ozark Peak Roofing and Construction provides a Craftsman’s Warranty on our installation. We will cover anything directly caused by poor workmanship for up to 15 years. If it’s our fault – we fix it.
This warranty covers errors or defects in installation.
You may purchase additional long-term warranties for shingles through us via Owens Corning. You pay our price for the warranty – we do not upcharge for your purchase of additional warranties.

Let’s face it, a new roof isn’t cheap. It is a significant investment, but a new roof provides an attractive profile and color to your home plus a new roof returns 70% of its value as home value. Roofing warranties can seem complicated but with Ozark Peak Roofing and Construction, you will be guided through the process to understand your coverage options.

Product Warranties
Most shingles come with a basic limited lifetime warranty. Typically this means your covered for as long as you own your home and covers the cost of defective materials but leaves the homeowner with the responsibility for labor charged and materials disposal. Many manufacturers will cover the cost of replacing defective shingles for a few years then offer prorated coverage beyond that. Standard manufacturers warranties cover only factory defects not premature failure due to installation mistakes or issues with components such as ice and water shield, underlayment flashing or ventilation.
At Ozark Peak Roofing and Construction you are covered against installation defects with our Craftsman’s Warranty.
The Ozark Peak Craftsman’s Warranty
Our skilled roofers stand behind our installations. With our lifetime warranty automatic with every job we do, you are covered if any repairs are required due to an installation defect. We pay for the cost of labor and materials needed to repair the issue including any damage to the interior or items if a failure is due to our mistake. We are committed to customer satisfaction.
Exclusions include: Storm, high wind, impact damage, water due to ice dams, damages if the roof was altered after installation, harm caused by foot traffic, leaks triggered by fallen limbs or wind driven debris.
Extended Manufacturer Warranties
This comprehensive coverage for lasting value and peace of mind, these optional warranties extend coverage on new roofs. Ozark Peak Roofing and Construction is certified to install the roofing system according to the manufacturer’s installation requirement.
Extended Warranties are available for an additional cost and covers coordinating components like:
- Ice and water barriers
- Underlayment
- Hip and ridge cap shingles
- Soffit and ridge vents
- Starter and field shingles
and can include additional coverage for:
- All components (excludes flashing, wood decking and fasteners)
- Continuous coverage for defective materials (Includes labor costs for repairs or replacements)
- Extendable up to 50 years
- Workmanship coverage (includes labor, tear off and disposal costs)
